had a really great time. the staff was ready to assist, nice and exceptional people. the room was quiet and offered a shower, a hairdryer and bath sheets, so that guests had essentials. the fact that it overlooked street. the service was all in all nice.

For the price we paid, we got great value. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The location was perfect, with the Bell Tower and Drum Tower just a couple of minutes away. The staff were friendly and helpful, and there were lots of dining options and shopping nearby.

One thing that could make the morning meal better is to have a wider variety of options.

Pros of our stay: Prime location near famous landmarks and food street; cozy room for solo travelers; Miss Irish Li and Tina went above and beyond to assist us, even organizing breakfast to go and negotiating with the tour company; spacious and clean rooms, good breakfast; convenient proximity to transportation hubs; outstanding service from staff, including housekeeping and receptionists.
